Trust Built on Proof. Not Assumptions.

Caraaye's Trust Score Engine is a multi-factor behavioural score that gates circle access based on verified identity, consistent behaviour, and peer endorsement — not just a name and a phone number.

Scoring Factors

Six Factors. One Score.

Each factor is weighted and updated in real-time. The score is always current — not a snapshot taken at onboarding.

Foundation

Identity Verification

CNIC hash match against institutional employee register. Unverified members cannot join any circle. This is the non-negotiable entry gate.

Baseline

Institutional Email Confirmation

One-time confirmation via the employer-domain email address. Proves active employment at the registering organisation.

Behavioural

Attendance Reliability

Rolling 30-day on-time rate. Members who are consistently present and punctual earn higher scores. No-shows and late pickups reduce it.

Social

Peer Endorsements

Endorsements from existing verified members. Particularly important for Women-Verified Circles — a sponsor from inside the circle carries meaningful weight.

Safety

Incident & Dispute History

Logged safety reports, payment disputes, and no-show patterns. A single verified safety incident triggers an immediate score review.

Consistency

Circle Tenure

Length of uninterrupted membership in an active circle. Long-standing members demonstrate reliability that new joiners haven't yet earned.

Score Tiers

What Each Score Unlocks.

0 – 39
Unverified

Identity not confirmed. Circle access blocked.

40 – 59
Basic Verified

CNIC + email confirmed. Standard circles only.

60 – 79
Trusted Member

Full circle access including Women-Verified Circles.

80 – 100
Circle Anchor

Eligible to act as circle coordinator or sponsor new members.

Safety-First gating is automatic.

Score thresholds for Women-Verified Circles cannot be overridden by HR admins. The minimum requirement is enforced at the platform level — protecting members from institutional pressure to lower standards.
