By accessing or using the Caraaye platform (including the mobile application, HR admin dashboard, and API), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing Caraaye on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Caraaye provides an institutional commute intelligence platform that enables organisations to form, manage, and verify employee commute circles. The platform includes route optimisation, identity verification, payment processing (CaraayePay), Trust Score management, and ESG reporting tools.
Caraaye is available to employees of organisations that have an active Caraaye agreement. Individual registration without institutional affiliation is not available. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Organisations accessing Caraaye are bound by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) executed at the time of onboarding. These Terms of Service govern individual employee use within the scope of that institutional agreement. In the event of conflict, the MSA takes precedence for organisational obligations.
You agree not to:
CaraayePay processes commute cost splits through licensed payment service providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Caraaye is not a licensed financial institution or payment service provider. Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction. Employer subsidies pre-loaded into employee wallets are non-refundable once consumed against verified rides.
Trust Scores are calculated algorithmically based on verification status, attendance reliability, and peer endorsements. Caraaye reserves the right to adjust Trust Score calculations, add new scoring factors, or modify gating thresholds with 14 days notice. Trust Scores are informational tools; they do not constitute a legal background check or employment reference.
Caraaye is a platform intermediary. We do not own, operate, or insure vehicles used in commute circles. Our liability for any single incident shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the relevant organisation in the three months preceding the incident. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
Caraaye may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, fraudulent use, or at the request of your employing organisation. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting info@caraaye.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
